Shipping Policy

We Do Not Guarantee Ship Dates

Once your order is handed over to the mail carrier, Kercia Jane Design is no longer in control of the shipment and cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays. Please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package's status. We are unable to provide further details beyond what is available through the tracking information and cannot contact mail carriers on your behalf.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During peak times or sales, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We offer standard shipping options via USPS at a flat rate of $5.50 for domestic orders. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost. Please email hello@kerciajane.com for expedited shipping.

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is offered on orders over $50 within the USA.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship internationally to select countries. Please note that international shipping times vary and can take up to 2-4 weeks.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility and may be charged upon receipt of your package.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit (i.e., not marked as delivered by the carrier), please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund if the item is no longer available.

  • Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for stolen packages and recommend filing a claim with the mail carrier.

Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We may be able to assist in filing a claim with the mail carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Return Policy

At Kercia Jane Design, we do not accept exchanges or returns. However, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is an error in your order, your items arrive damaged, or are lost in transit, we are happy to send a replacement.

  • Reporting Issues: Please report any issues with your order within 7 days of receiving your items.

  • Processing Time: We will process your replacement or refund within 5-7 business days of approving your request.

  • Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for any replacement products.

  • Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
